    1. This site works as an identification hub for GN public applications, i.e.a single sign on-portal
    2. This system facilitates authentication and authorization of users on behalf connected systems and applications operated by GN Store Nord and subsidiaries.
    3. GN may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel your use and access. GN may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any requests for access or continued use. GN reserves the right at any time to decline your access or use for any reason.

    1. GN DOES NOT WARRANT THE COMPLETENESS, CORRECTNESS, TIMELINESS, USEFULLNESS OR ACCURACY OF ANY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SITE. It is your responsibility to verify all information before relying on it.

    2. UIP will retain sign-on- and audit logs for 10 years.

You agree to indemnify and hold GN, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against GN by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
  5. Governing law and venue
    1. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Denmark without reference to its choice of laws roles, and any claim, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Terms & Conditions or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be settled exclusively before the courts of Denmark.
